I had the most mind-blowing stay at this place! Pierre, our host, was absolutely amazing. Despite my own silly mistake of not reading the message properly and having some difficulties with the keys, Pierre was extremely friendly and helped me out. The apartment itself was super well laid out and had everything we needed for our short stay, including a kitchen area equipped with an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV for some entertainment, and even an outdoor dining area where we enjoyed a delicious meal. Plus, they allowed pets, so we were able to bring our small dog along. The location was simply jaw-dropping, just a short walk from all the main attractions. They also had amenities like handicap parking, a dryer, cots for extra comfort, and luggage storage. What's even better is that the whole place was strictly no-smoking, which was a huge plus for us. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

I recently had a great stay at La Roseraie in Rouen. Pierre, our host, was amazing and incredibly friendly. Despite my own mistake with collecting the keys, he patiently helped me out. the apartment itself was wonderful, with a new and modern feel. the bathroom was especially impressive, featuring a spacious and convenient shower. the kitchen was fully equipped with everything one might need, including a washing machine. it was a fantastic experience. Cons: None 😊.

My recent stay at La Roseraie was excellent. The apartment was well laid out and had everything I needed for a short stay. I particularly appreciated that I was able to bring my small dog with me. The location of the apartment was also great, convenient for exploring the area.
